Gold Coast Vienna is an antagonist of our throwaway society and is specialized on handmade and sustainable fine jewelry made from high-quality material. Instead of stressful, impersonal and short-lived fast fashion, at Gold Coast Vienna you experience deceleration combined with quality, longevity and a personal touch.

Each piece of jewelry is made by hand by me in my studio in Vienna. In order to be able to respond to your wishes without compromise, I combine traditional goldsmith craftsmanship with modern techniques, such as CAD and wax modeling.

sustainable & fair

Precious metals enable a perfect cycle when they are recycled and reforged. I source all precious metals from the Austrian Gold and Silver Separation Institute (ÖGUSSA): all materials come either from precious metal recycling or from fairly managed mines.

Beauty should not harm our nature and should not encourage exploitation. That's why the gemstones in my collection are either lab diamonds or fair trade gemstones.

How long is the delivery time?

With the exception of the ready-to-ship category, all GCV jewelry is made specifically for you after ordering in order to keep resource consumption to a minimum. Please note that it may take 1-3 weeks for your item to be shipped.

Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

GCV ships to the following countries:

  • Austria: €4.95
  • Germany: €4.95
  • Zone 1 EU (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia): €15.81
  • Zone 2 EU (Belgium, Finland, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Netherlands): €16.35
  • Zone 3 EU (Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Cyprus): €16.55

The prices are based on the Austrian Post tariffs. Your delivery includes a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. Please note that we only accept returns that have been announced in advance. Please send us an email directly to hello@goldcoastvienna.com.

You must bear the shipping costs for the return.

New, unworn and original packaging items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please put the items including jewelry box in the package you want to return.

Please note that one-off items, engraved jewelry, or custom engagement and wedding rings cannot be returned.

I would like to have a piece of jewelry from the collection in a different alloy than those available in the online shop. Is that possible?

Yes! Each piece of jewelry in the collection can also be made in other alloys, for example 18 kt yellow, rose or white gold.

Are individual productions possible?

Yes! I would be happy to make engagement rings, wedding rings or completely individual pieces of jewelry for you. If you are interested, simply contact me directly using the contact form or send me an email to hello@goldcoastvienna.com for a free, non-binding consultation.

How long does it take to make an individual piece of jewelry?

Depending on the complexity of the design, the production time can vary. As a rule, I expect around 4-8 weeks. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the joint design process before production.

Can you create a new design from my old jewelry?

Yes! The prerequisite is that your old jewelry is precious metal jewelry (silver, gold, platinum). Depending on the design of the new piece of jewelry, the precious metal is either processed 1:1 or recycled and new material is purchased. Please note that although you save on material costs (as long as there is enough material available), you do not save on the costs of the labor required to make your new piece of jewelry.
