Please note that all jewelry pieces are custom-made upon order. The shipping time for items from the online shop can therefore take up to 3 weeks. If you need it quickly - get in touch, and I will do my best to prioritize your order!

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the rates of the Austrian Post:

- Austria: €4.95

- Germany: €4.95

- Zone 1 EU (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia): €15.81

- Zone 2 EU (Belgium, Finland, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Netherlands): €16.35

- Zone 3 EU (Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Cyprus): €16.55

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email, which also includes the tracking number. Orders cannot usually be canceled after being confirmed on the website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must bear the proper return and original shipping costs. Please note that Gold Coast Vienna does not take responsibility for orders marked as delivered or for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

 

Returns

We only accept returns that have been previously announced. Please send us an email directly at hello@goldcoastvienna.com for notification.

The return shipping costs must be covered by you.

New, unworn, and originally packaged items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please include the items, including the jewelry box, in the package you want to return.

Please note that custom-made items, engraved jewelry, or individually crafted engagement rings and wedding rings cannot be returned.
