The process begins with a personal or telephone (video call is also possible) consultation in which we talk about your ideas and wishes. You are welcome to bring inspiration in the form of photos or sketches, which we will then go through together.

If you have old jewelry that you would like to have reworked, a personal appointment is necessary. Please note that your old jewelry must be precious metal jewelry (silver, gold, platinum). Depending on the design of the new piece of jewelry, the precious metal is either processed 1:1 or recycled and new material is purchased.

The conversation is non-binding and free of charge.

Depending on how specific your ideas are, in the next step you will receive a non-binding offer with up to 3 design drafts. Once you have decided on one of the designs, we can fine-tune it and adapt the piece of jewelry until it meets your expectations. Once you have made a final decision about the design, production can begin. I recommend allowing a time frame of 2-4 weeks for the design process.

If the offer is accepted, 50% of the price must be paid. The remaining 50% must be paid when the finished piece of jewelry is handed over.

Please note that if you recycle jewelry, you save on material costs (as long as there is enough material from your old jewelry), but not on the costs of the labor time necessary to make your new piece of jewelry.

All pieces of jewelry are individually made by hand in my studio in Vienna. Production takes approximately 4-8 weeks and depends on the complexity of the design. As soon as your individual piece of jewelry is ready, I will notify you so that we can organize a date for either handover or shipping.
