The word "Sakura" (桜 or さくら) is the Japanese word for cherry blossom and has a very special meaning: the blossom symbolizes spring, the beauty of nature and renewal. At the same time, it also represents the transience of life, because the cherry blossoms only last for a short time. It is a reminder that life is short and that it must be enjoyed and lived to the fullest.
Leaves and flowers can be found in abstract form in the SLEEPING SAKURA Hoops. The delicate creoles have an outer diameter of approx. 18 mm.
